The Governing Body of Libanus Primary School are seeking to appoint an Administration and Organisation Clerk for this friendly and forward thinking school.   A smart, reliable and professional person is required for undertaking this demanding but exciting role within the very busy school office.

The school is a happy, friendly community school and the school officer is very much a part of the staff and central to the school.  Efficient organisational skills and the ability to welcome pupils, parents and visitors to our school are essential along with sound communication skills.

The successful candidate will possess very good communication/interpersonal and ICT skills and will be able to respond positively to the confidential nature of this post. Previous experience of working in a school environment, knowledge of H.R., financial and budgetary control and the use of SIMS and OLAS would be an advantage.   The successful applicant must have a flexible attitude and like the company of children.
