This post is based at Hendre Infants working 5 hours per week, 38 weeks of the year and is fixed term until 31stDecember 2016.

 

To provide general kitchen assistance in the production and service of any food provision including hot and cold meals, snacks and or functions.

 

To work under the supervision of the Cook in Charge and/or Cook and/or Assistant Cook and to assist and carry out any instructions given, in the preparation, cooking and serving of food, beverages, snacks etc.; clearing away; washing up and cleaning processes observing all food hygiene and health and safety regulations.

 

To be punctual and flexible and to be prepared to work at varying times of the day in order to ensure the smooth running of the catering unit and that customer’s needs are met.

 

To undertake any training considered necessary for the post as required, to include any training resulting from performance assessments.
