You will work with tenants to enable them to achieve their aspirations, utilising strengths and asset based approach that is tailored to what matters to them with a focus on enabling them to link with their local communities. Ultimately you will work with people to ensure they have meaningful and stable relationships in their lives and assist them to have a sense of purpose. You will support the Team Leader in providing guidance and mentoring to other frontline staff in the service.

We currently have a number of roles to fill, which will provide specialist housing and targeted help for a diverse range of customers. The successful candidates will be based in our Gwent Prep service in Blaina. This is a supported accommodation-based service for people who are at risk of being admitted to hospital or people that are currently in hospital due to their mental health challenges.
