Castle View Residential Home is seeking to recruit part time Care Assistant to provide care and support for older adults and older adults with dementia in a residential setting. You will be required to carry out duties to support residents in a dignified/respectful manner, promoting independence and wellbeing. You will also carry out domestic duties as determined by the manager e.g. laundry.   Experience of working with older people would be beneficial although not essential. You must have knowledge of the principles that underpin quality care e.g. dignity and choice. The post involves working with other members of staff in a busy environment providing a wide range of services to the public.
